The Senior Associate Auditor role involves:
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the planning and execution of audits for SME’s and Private Businesses alongside partners
- Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted partner in delivering high quality audits
- Completing file reviews on a range of audit clients, verifying all information provided by clients
- Identifying opportunities to deliver value add services to clients
- accounts and verifying all information provided by clients
- Preparing annual and management accounts in addition to building better reporting
- Filing corporation tax and VAT for clients
- Advising clients on all matters of accounting and working alongside internal teams
- Produce working papers to reflect the accounts produced
- Completing detailed schedules for sets of accounts
- Plan and prioritise work according to client and firm requirements
- Advise and coach junior members of the team
The Successful Applicant for the role of Senior Associate Auditor will:
- Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or a finalist, QBE also considered
- Have relevant experience in an Audit and Accounts role, including leading teams
- Previous experience in working in a client facing role
- Self-sufficient when necessary and able to work independently as needed
- Pro-active and willing to take responsibility for work
- Be tactile in being able to influence individuals internally and externally
- Confident in leading teams and creating a supportive environment for junior members of staff
- Be able to commute to clients sites as required by business requirements
