A growing top 10 accounting network business located in Central Manchester is looking to add to their Audit team with an experienced hire of an Audit Semi Senior to further help their clients both locally and nationally. About the Role:

Ultimately the role of Audit Semi Senior will be to support the audit team to deliver excellent quality to a range of clients through:

• Being responsible for client-based assignments
• Ensuring team’s audit work and reporting is of high quality
• Leading/Planning/Running of audits in conjunction with senior management
• Reviewing the work of team members and providing written feedback
• Responsibility for communication with the client and managing timelines
• Ad-hoc tasks as required by Manager

The Successful Applicant:

The successful applicant for the role of Audit Semi Senior will:

• Be part qualified or finalist (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Have experience of performing Audit in an accountancy practice (ideal for Big 4 Movers pre-qualification)
• Knowledge of accounting packages and statutory accounts preparation
• Knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Desire to become qualified and progress with a career in Audit
• Access to a car would be preferred
